From idea to opening in 6 weeks!

One test away from being a Funeral Director, Dan asked Stacey- "what about that coffee shop you always wanted?" Sometimes when an idea is meant to be, the stars align!

We made an appointment to look at the space and instantly knew when we walked in that this was it! We went to work and in the process, Dan mentioned- "what if we added bagels?" And so it was!

Day and night, we prepped the space and made arrangements to open this tiny little shop into our dream...and it has become exactly that! It has evolved into a beloved space where our customers feel our adoration for them and the pride in our Authentic New York Bagels!
